who worked so diligently to put this wonderful event together…Our
next song is called, ‘Every Child is Everyone’s Child’.
It the cornerstone of The Earth Harmony Foundation’s ‘Every
Child Safe’ Campaign, to raise awareness on the need to protect
children from exploitation and abuse the world over.We dedicate this performance
to all of you in the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services
for your dedication in placing abused and neglected children into safe
homes. And we also dedicate this performance to our celebrated honorees,
whose life’s work includes making this a better world for children.
As earthly angels, perhaps they partner with the heavenly variety in weaving
a rainbow of love towards fulfilling the grand dream of providing every
child with nurturing and safety. This rainbow of love is urgently needed
as the exploitation and trafficking of children is happening in many countries
and is going on even within our own borders. There are half a million
children in our nation’s foster care systems, and in every state
hundreds are missing, including 561 from Florida alone.
As recently as this week, there has been an urgent call to find the 1,000
foster children currently missing from LA County. In a Dec. 7th Daily
News article, Gloria Molina, Mayor of LA County Board of Supervisors was
quoted as imploring, “We’ve got to find them!”Several
years ago, a beautiful little 5-year old girl named Rilya Wilson disappeared
from the Florida Foster Care System, and she has never been found. Earth
Harmony Foundation President Judi Amber Chase was a year-and-a-half into
the process of adopting a beautiful set of twins from Colorado named Darius
and Tisha, when they strangely slipped through the cracks of the foster
care system to be adopted elsewhere, and evidence of child trafficking
has since been presented to the Denver FBI who are now actively investigating.These
three children and other foster children may have fallen prey to child
trafficking. It is out of Judi’s pain of the murder of her husband
and the loss of her twins that great hope was born, and she co-wrote the
‘Every Child’ song with me to sound the alarm to protect all
foster children from danger, and we hope the truth will lift the shadows
from these children’s cases.It is our vision that all across the
globe, abducted children will be found, and rescued, to be reunited with
loving, safe, caring families, and that exploitation of children will
cease and one day child trafficking will become obsolete. As when you
shine a bright light, darkness dissolves, it is our hope that this song
may shine a bright light all around the world, so we can protect every
child, … every child.

To Halt Child Trafficking and Expose Hidden Crimes Against Children
‘Imagine’ Radio Show Host Shirley Catanzaro interviews Children’s
Rights Advocate Judi Amber Chase on the topic of Child Trafficking
Judi Amber Chase is the Co-Founder of the Earth Harmony Foundation and
Co-Chair of the International Children's Rights Committee, which is
currently spearheading a National Campaign called the 'Every Child Safe'
Campaign.
This campaign is designed to shine the bright light of awareness upon
the large numbers of missing and unaccounted-for Foster Children, in
states across the nation as well as educate the public and those in
political office on the range of dangers. These include falling prey
to exploitation by global children trafficking networks and sexual predators.
Judi is currently working in coordination with other children's advocacy
groups urging Congress to introduce greater protection for Foster Children
to prevent them from being fraudulently adopted for illicit activities,
and to urge reform of Child Protective Services Systems. This Campaign
is designed to shine a bright light into dark corners exposing corruption,
fraud and cover-up of hidden crimes against children. Judi has travelled
to Washington D.C. to request a Congressional Investigative Hearing
on this subject.
Shirley asked Judi to express what she imagines for the future of the world's children. Here is her response....
*Imagine some future day, not too far-away,
when you look up the word child abuse in the dictionary and it reads
‘problem the human race has now solved’.
*Imagine a world where children are believed when they speak up about
being abused and tortured in cult rituals, and other hidden crimes,
and law enforcement catches and confines all perpetrators, no matter
how 'respectable' they 'appear' to be.
*Imagine a day, not too far way,w hen upon opening a history book, there
is a chapter on how child trafficking was halted, and children were
no longer bought and sold for profit.
*Imagine, instead of social workers splitting up families, when parents
become incapable of raising their own children resources are provided
so grandparents, relatives and friends step in and take over.
*Imagine the day, finally arrives, where all foster and adoptive homes
are safe, nurturing, and no child gets neglected, abused or killed while
in the foster system.
*Imagine a world where every parent, baby-sitter, day care provider
has learned techniques to diffuse frustration and stress, and ‘shake
themselves’ instead of shaking babies.
*Imagine a world where poor families the world over, have earned a decent
income and they refuse they to sell their children into illegal adoption
scams or to pedophile networks in order to pay their bills.
*Imagine the world refusing to tolerate the continuation of sex tourism,
and the 30,000 Cambodian children held captive in the brothels are removed
and placed in wonderful safe group homes.
*Imagine a world that no longer recruits children to become child soldiers
to fight in wars, because we value the innocence of children, and wars
themselves have become a thing of the past. Imagine, instead that these
300 thousand child soldiers world-wide who currently are enlisted in
armies today have turned in their weapons to be melted, transformed
into statues and symbols of peace, to be placed in every town. With
their time and renewed spirits, these children learn musical instruments,
art, science and bring hope to their village and countries, growing
up to work with in the family business, growing fruit trees, or planting
vegetables, etc.
*Imagine a world where the word trafficking no longer applies to humans,
but rather people refer to it a just a crowded street or freeway.
*Imagine a world where children grow up with their innocence in tact,
and child pornography becomes obsolete, no longer produced, viewed or
in demand.
*Imagine a world where denial has dissolved and the truth is the order
of the day.
*Imagine a world where we cease to act from fear, but act from pure
love instead.
*Imagine a world where every child is fed, sheltered and loved and all
the lost and stolen children the world over are finally returned to
their real families, safe at home at last! Shine the light all around
the world so we can protect them all, every child, every child.
