A Project of the International Children's Rights Committee
The Missing Children's Research, Rescue and Recovery Project
Established to assist in halting the exploitation. abuse, and trafficking
of children.
Research
a.) To uncover and expose the truth regarding reasons why
such an astronomical number of children (approx. 400,000) go missing every
year in America.
b.) To research the reasons why foster children may be slipping through
the cracks of the United States Child Welfare system and becoming victims
of existing underground child trafficking and child pornography rings.
c.) To uncover, and expose the various types of abuse to children, including
child trafficking, child pornography, and satanic ritual abuse.
d.) To supply leads to law enforcement and FBI officers for use in missing
children cases where they have exhausted all available leads. The commmitte
established a team of both private investigators and expert remote viewers
and mediums, conducting interviews to see if a consensus developed which
could be utilized by law enforcement and FBI to uncover the evidence needed
to locate and bring home the children that are missing.
e.) Researchers are concerned about the selling and exploitation of foster
children, across the country. It is hoped that the efforts of the ACT
Campaign, Abolish Child Trafficking, may
lead to the breaking down of interconnecting child trafficking, pornography
rings, and the practice of torturing, abusing and killing children in
Satanic Ritual.
Rescue
a.) To provide information and to work with other Missing
Children's and Children's Rights organizations.
b.) To assemble an advisory team comprising of ministers, doctors, therapists,
teachers, private investigators, social workers, and other experts,
c.) To educate the public and those in political office about the plight
of missing and exploited children.
d.) To offer support to families of missing children.
e.) To work with spiritual prayer groups in praying for the safety and
welfare of missing children.
f.) To be vigilant as advocates for missing children whose voices cannot
be heard, and speak out on their behalf.
g.) To disseminate the information provided by the research team to those
in Social Services, political office, law enforcement and FBI in the hope
that it will assist them in the rescue of these missing children.
Recovery
a.) Continue developing the Harmony Haven Children's Home
Project founded by David and Judi Chase, created to be a permanent home
for orphaned drug babies born with special needs. Since David's untimely
death, their vision continues to expand, including a beautiful Hawaiian
Retreat to assist Children in their healing, and a home in Los Angeles.
b.) The first foster
children to come to Harmony Haven, were in Colorado, and then the next
children were from California. The foundation hopes to expand Harmony
Haven in the future.
c. ) Assembling a team of healers, doctors, specialists, ministers, teachers,
holistic health practitioners, and those in the creative arts, to work
with these children whose lives have been damaged.
d.) Provide a safe haven and to present educational seminars and workshops
designed to assist both families raising special needs children, and those
who are in the process of healing children that are recovering from abuse.
e.) To provide suggestions for reforming the child welfare system and
introduce new legislation to protect foster children from exploitation.
f.) Create an eco-arts nature park for the healing process of these children
in the memories of John Denver and David Chase, who were both dedicated
to protecting children and the environment.
